“What’s for Brunch? Healthy Ideas for a Blissful Brunch”
Sunday, April 29th – 12:00-2:30 PM at our Kearny Mesa Location

Imagine sitting down to Lentil-Quinoa Croquettes with Creamy Sesame Sauce, Spiced Sweet Potatoes, Salad of Color, Tofu and Veggie Scrambler, and Soy Yogurt Parfait.

Brunch, a meal that brings together a delicate balance of breakfast and lunch, allows for lots of creativity. More often than not, brunch is reserved for weekend indulgence and special events celebrating just about anything and everything; or, just a friendly get-together. We will prepare and you will sample these luscious dishes, and you will take home the recipes. Our brunch menu is cholesterol-free, lower in fat and more nutritious than traditional brunches, and not overfilling. Learn to treat your friends and family to a Blissful Brunch experience! It will not only make them feel special, happy and loved, but after brunch, everyone feels energized for the rest of the day. A class where we cook, you taste!
