Veg-Appeal coaches personalize each coaching session to your particular goals and special food requirements. We emphasize how you can incorporate more plant-based, whole foods into your daily lifestyle. E-sessions are very effective and can be especially helpful for those living outside San Diego!
Each session covers:
• What to shop for
• How to read labels and ingredient lists
• How to prepare your meals with whole, plant-based and minimally processed foods
• Flavoring with healthy seasonings to your tastes
In the coaching sessions, you may discover foods that make you feel tired or foods that make you feel more energized. You will become more aware of how foods affect you. You learn which foods are healthier and contribute to your well-being and which foods offer you little nutritional value and contribute very little to your health. The coaching sessions are designed to help you feel more empowered to make healthier choices.
You may choose to have a one-time “Food and Nutrition Assessment” to put you on your path to healthier eating. Or you may select a series of “coaching sessions” to help you reach your healthy eating goals.

Coaching Fee Schedule
Initial Assessment
• Review of health history/allergies/food intolerances
• Discussion of your personal goals
• Assessment of a 2-day food and nutrition diary
• Basic food and nutrition education
• Introduction to a simple system to help you meet your goals
In Person: 1-1/2 hours………………………………… $100.00

E-Assessment (by e-mail)…………………………………………………$ 65.00
E-Sessions
E-Sessions are food and nutrition coaching by email. Each E-Session includes (after your Initial Assessment described above):
1. One Food Record review
• You keep track of what you eat for one day on a Food Record form that I provide you. At the end of the day or first thing next morning you send me your completed Food Record.
• I review your Food Record and make comments and recommendations that focus on healthy food choices, a nutritionally balanced day, and approximate calories consumed. I then return your Food Record with a cover e-mail.
2. One Cover E-mail
• I send you an e-mail containing additional recommendations and comments.
First Six E-Sessions………………………..$ 25.00 each
After your first six E-Sessions, E-Session…………… $ 15.00 each
You can sign up for as many sessions as you like. Food and Nutrition goals will be discussed individually to set up a program that works for you.
